Knife-ring flaker is mainly used to produce the qualified flakes for PB production line. The machine consists of vibrating feeder, magnetic separator system, heavy objects separator, impeller, knife-ring, housing, main shaft and control system. During running, chips after removing ferrous and non-ferrous impurities go into the cutting chamber to be cut into flakes at a high cutting speed of 60m/s. flake thickness is controlled by the spread of knives through reducing which, the machine can produce uniform flakes for PB production line
